This Shipping Policy explains HZC DRONE’s dispatch times, delivery arrangements and customs clearance responsibilities.
Shipping methods and costs must be confirmed with our sales team before you place an order.
1. Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed.
Before placing your order, please confirm product availability, delivery details and shipping arrangements with your sales representative.
If your order requires customization or has a different dispatch schedule, we will explain this and obtain your agreement before you place the order.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
For shipments arranged by us to Europe and the United States, the estimated delivery time is 8–15 days after dispatch.
This transit estimate is separate from the 48-hour dispatch period.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier schedules, public holidays, weather or other transport disruptions. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will notify you.
For shipments handled by your own freight forwarder, please confirm the delivery schedule directly with that forwarder.
3. Shipping Destinations and Arrangements
Europe and the United States
We can arrange transportation for orders delivered to Europe and the United States.
Please contact your sales representative to confirm service availability for your exact destination, the shipping method and the freight cost before ordering.
Other Countries and Regions
For destinations outside Europe and the United States, you must appoint your own freight forwarder with a receiving address in mainland China.
We will coordinate delivery to your designated freight forwarder in China. Please provide the forwarder’s address, contact details, warehouse reference and any receiving instructions before dispatch.
Your freight forwarder will handle the onward international shipment. The cost and arrangements for delivery within China must also be confirmed with our sales team.
4. Shipping Costs and Methods
Shipping costs are quoted individually based on the destination, package weight and dimensions, product type and available transport services.
Drone batteries and other regulated transport items may require specific shipping arrangements.
Please contact your sales representative for the exact shipping cost and available shipping methods. Freight is included in the product price only when expressly stated in your quotation or order confirmation.
5. Customs Clearance, Duties and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for import customs clearance at the destination, including shipments to Europe and the United States that we arrange.
You must obtain any required import permissions and pay applicable import duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees and other destination charges.
Our arrangement of transportation does not mean that import clearance or duties and taxes are included.
Please confirm that the products can be imported into your destination before placing an order. We will provide the shipment documents agreed for your order to support customs clearance.
6. Shipment Updates
After dispatch, we will provide the available tracking number or shipment reference.
For orders delivered to your designated freight forwarder in China, we will provide available domestic shipment or handover information. Please contact your forwarder for onward international tracking updates.
7. Delivery Details and Shipment Issues
Please ensure that all delivery and freight forwarder details are accurate and complete.
Additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, missed receiving appointments or changes requested after dispatch will be discussed with you before further arrangements are made.
If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete or appears to be lost, contact us promptly with your order reference and any available photographs or tracking details.
For shipments arranged by us, we will assist with the carrier investigation. For onward shipments arranged by your own forwarder, please also contact that forwarder directly.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
