These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using hzcdrone.com and the general terms applicable to inquiries, quotations and orders placed with HZC DRONE.
Please read these terms before submitting an order. Any order-specific terms must be provided and agreed before the order is confirmed.
1. About Us
This website is operated by Chengdu Huanzi Color Technology Co., Ltd., trading as HZC DRONE. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that company.
We supply drone products, accessories and related customization and order coordination services.

2. Scope of These Terms
Our website primarily serves customers seeking product information, business quotations and supply support.
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not, by itself, create a purchase contract.
These terms apply to an order when they have been made available to you before the contract is formed and incorporated into the agreement.
If an agreed order confirmation or signed contract contains different terms, those specifically agreed terms take priority for that order. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply.
Orders completed through Alibaba or another marketplace are also subject to the applicable platform rules and transaction terms.
3. Product Information
We aim to present accurate product descriptions, images and specifications.
Product versions, package contents, accessories, language settings, regional features and availability may vary. Illustrative images may show optional accessories or configurations that are not included.
Before ordering, please confirm the exact model, product condition, package contents, regional version and any compatibility requirements with our team.
Manufacturer performance figures may be based on specified test conditions. Actual results depend on the operating environment, configuration and use.
We will not substitute a materially different model, condition or configuration without your agreement.
4. Quotations and Prices
Prices displayed on the website are reference prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
A quotation will specify the relevant products, quantities, currency and included charges. Shipping costs, taxes, duties, customization fees and other charges are included only where expressly stated.
Quotations remain valid for the period specified in the quotation. If no validity period is stated, please reconfirm pricing and availability before placing an order.
If we identify a material pricing or description error before accepting your order, we will explain the correction and ask whether you wish to proceed.
Changes to website prices do not alter an order that has already been accepted.
5. Orders and Payment
Before an order is confirmed, both parties must agree on the relevant products, quantities, prices, payment arrangements, delivery details and any special requirements.
A purchase contract is formed when we issue written acceptance of your order or both parties sign a sales agreement.
Payments must follow the methods, currency and schedule stated in the agreed invoice or contract. Production, procurement or dispatch will begin according to that agreement.
If a payment is overdue, we may suspend the affected work or shipment after notifying you, subject to the contract and applicable law.
Please verify any request to change bank details through an established contact channel before transferring funds.
6. Customization and Customer Materials
Customization requirements must be confirmed in writing. These may include logos, colors, packaging, labels, accessories and other agreed modifications.
Where a design proof or sample is provided, please review it carefully before approval. Changes requested after approval may affect the price and delivery schedule and require further agreement.
You confirm that you have permission to use any logos, artwork or other materials you provide. You authorize us and the production partners involved in your order to use those materials solely as necessary to complete the agreed work.
Approval of a proof does not remove our responsibility to supply products that match the agreed specifications.
Cancellation arrangements for customized products are explained below.
7. Shipping and Delivery
The shipping method, destination, estimated dispatch time and delivery terms will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
Dispatch estimates are separate from transit times. Product availability, customization, battery transport requirements, carrier schedules and customs procedures may affect delivery.
If a material delay occurs, we will notify you and discuss the available options. Any applicable cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
For orders expressly agreed as DAP [named destination], Incoterms® 2020:
- We arrange transport and bear the relevant costs and risks up to delivery at the agreed destination, with the goods ready for unloading.
- You are responsible for unloading, import clearance, import duties, taxes and applicable import formalities.
A DAP quotation is not a Delivered Duty Paid quotation. Any different delivery arrangement must be expressly agreed in writing.
Risk transfers according to the agreed delivery term, subject to mandatory law. It does not automatically transfer merely because a parcel has been handed to a carrier.
8. Import Requirements and Product Use
Before ordering, please tell us about destination-specific requirements relevant to your purchase, including requested certifications, regional compatibility and documentation.
Each party is responsible for the export, import or other obligations allocated to it by applicable law and the agreed delivery terms.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining any required local operating permissions and using products in accordance with applicable aviation, radio, privacy and safety rules.
An order remains subject to any legally required approvals. If an approval prevents fulfilment, we will discuss the next steps and any refund due under the agreement and applicable law.
9. Inspection and Delivery Issues
Please inspect the shipment reasonably promptly after delivery.
If products appear damaged, incomplete or different from the agreed order, contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. Photographs of the packaging, shipping label and products can help us investigate.
Please retain relevant packaging while a transport damage claim is being reviewed, where reasonably practicable.
We will work with you and the relevant service provider to investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. A request for prompt reporting does not remove rights relating to hidden defects or other rights provided by law.
10. Warranty and After-Sales Support
Warranty arrangements depend on the product, condition, manufacturer, regional version and terms agreed for the order.
Please confirm the applicable warranty period, service location and claim process before purchasing. International or worldwide manufacturer coverage applies only where expressly confirmed for the relevant product.
Commercial warranty coverage may exclude damage caused by crashes, water ingress, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper charging or normal wear, where permitted by law.
A manufacturer’s warranty is additional to any rights you may have against us under applicable law.

11. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Please contact us before returning a product so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. This helps avoid unnecessary shipping costs or delays.
For business purchases, change-of-mind cancellations and returns are subject to our written agreement. Where accepted, products generally need to be unused, complete and in their original packaging.
If you cancel a business order after procurement or customization has started, any agreed cancellation charge must reflect reasonable, documented and unrecoverable costs, allowing for costs saved or recovered. Deposits are not automatically forfeited in full.
For an agreed change-of-mind return, return freight and related charges will be explained before you accept the return arrangement.
Where products are faulty, incorrect or otherwise fail to meet the contract, remedies and responsibility for reasonable return costs will follow the agreement and applicable law.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay once entitlement and the amount are established, within any legally required period.
If you purchase as a consumer, applicable statutory cancellation, return and refund rights take priority over conflicting business return conditions. Any lawful exception for customized goods will be explained before purchase.
12. Intellectual Property and Website Use
Website content is owned by us or used with permission, except where otherwise identified.
Third-party trademarks, product names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply an affiliation or authorization beyond what is expressly stated.
You may browse and use the website to evaluate our products and services. You must not reproduce protected content for commercial use without permission, interfere with website security or submit unlawful or misleading material.
13. External Services and Privacy
Our website may link to manufacturers, WhatsApp, Alibaba and other third-party services. Their services and transactions are governed by their own applicable terms.

14. Responsibility and Liability
We are responsible for fulfilling our contractual obligations and supplying products that meet the agreed description and specifications.
You are responsible for operating products safely, following relevant instructions and obtaining required permissions.
For business purchases, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Any additional allocation or limitation of liability must be expressly agreed and lawful.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights.
15. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Events outside a party’s reasonable control may affect its ability to perform an order, such as natural disasters, major transport disruption or government restrictions.
The affected party must notify the other party, explain the expected impact and take reasonable steps to reduce the disruption.
Such an event does not automatically remove obligations already due or permit indefinite delay. If fulfilment becomes impossible or materially delayed, the parties will discuss cancellation, alternative arrangements and any refund due under the agreement and applicable law.
16. Complaints and Disputes

We will review the matter and seek a practical resolution.
Any agreed governing law, court jurisdiction or arbitration arrangement will be stated in the relevant sales contract. If none is agreed, the applicable law and competent forum will be determined under the relevant legal rules.
These terms do not require you to give up mandatory rights to bring a claim in a forum available to you under applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for future website use and future orders. The revised version will show an updated date.
Updates do not retrospectively change an accepted order unless both parties agree or applicable law requires the change.
