How can I confirm the price and package contents?
Website prices are for reference. Send us the product model, quantity and destination for a quotation. Before ordering, we will confirm availability, regional version, product condition, included accessories and any additional charges.
Do you offer branding or customization?
Customization is available for selected consumer drone models. Options may include logos, colors, packaging, manuals and accessory bundles. Available options, minimum quantities, sample requirements and production schedules are confirmed for each project.
How is shipping arranged, and who handles customs clearance?
Please confirm the dispatch schedule, shipping method and cost before ordering. We can arrange shipping to Europe and the United States, with estimated transit times of 8–15 days after dispatch.
For other destinations, you need a freight forwarder with a receiving address in mainland China. Buyers are responsible for destination import clearance, duties and taxes.
Can you provide product certificates and shipping documents?
Please specify the documents required for your model and destination before ordering. Our team will confirm which certificates and shipment documents are available. Documents displayed on our website apply only to the models and scope stated in those documents.
Will my order be checked before shipping?
Before dispatch, we check the model, regional version, quantity, included accessories and packaging condition against your confirmed order. Product and outer carton photos are provided for verification, followed by available tracking or shipment details after dispatch.
What are your return and warranty terms?
Returns are accepted only for confirmed product quality issues and require approval before shipment. We provide a one-year limited warranty covering product defects under normal use in accordance with the product instructions.
Damage caused by crashes, misuse, improper charging, unauthorized modifications or water exposure outside rated conditions is excluded. Contact our team with your order details and supporting photos or videos.
Buyers bear shipping costs in both directions for returns and warranty service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
