Review the model, regional version, quantities and included accessories against the confirmed order. Package contents are checked before dispatch to help avoid missing items or configuration misunderstandings.
02 / Protective Packing & Dispatch Preparation
Prepare protective packaging appropriate to the equipment and shipment. Product and outer carton photos are provided for order verification before dispatch.
03 / Shipment & After-Sales Assistance
Receive tracking details after dispatch and assistance with shipment documentation, replacement parts and warranty inquiries. After-sales arrangements follow the applicable product warranty and agreed order terms.
For stocked products, dispatch is typically arranged within 48 hours after order and payment confirmation. The dispatch date is confirmed for each order. Customized products follow the agreed project schedule.
